Milk Procurement

Our company has established a robust and well-structured milk procurement network to ensure consistent, high-quality milk supply to our partner dairy units. We currently operate five fully functional milk collection points, each with a handling capacity of 25,000 liters per day, strategically located across key milk-producing regions. These centers are equipped with essential infrastructure such as bulk milk coolers (BMCs), quality testing equipment, digital weighing systems, and secure storage facilities.

Current Infrastructure

• 5 Milk Collection Centers (MCCs)
• Each center capacity: 25,000 liters
• Total existing procurement capacity: 1,25,000 liters per day
• Facilities include:
    ⇒ Automated milk testing (FAT, SNF, MBRT)
    ⇒ Digital collection records for transparency
   ⇒ Trained procurement staff
    ⇒ Clean and hygienic collection environment
    ⇒ Immediate chilling to maintain freshness and quality

Expansion Plan

To strengthen our procurement network and support our growing supply commitments, the company is in the process of establishing 20 additional milk collection points in the high-potential dairy regions of:
    ♦ Solapur
    ♦ Dharashiv (Osmanabad)
    ♦ Latur

These upcoming centers will follow the same standardized infrastructure and operational protocols as our existing units, ensuring:
    ♦ Increased milk sourcing capacity
    ♦ Stronger presence in major dairy belts
    ♦ Better service and support to local milk producers
    ♦ Enhanced supply stability to partner dairies in Maharashtra, Telangana, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh

Upon completion, the expansion will significantly scale our procurement ecosystem, strengthening our position as a reliable and quality-driven milk sourcing organization.
