Proper chilling and handling practices ensure that the milk retains its quality during storage and transportation. We committed to deliver the quality milk by collecting the fresh milk through specified farmers and that milk brough down to Milk chilling centres in specified time limits, that will keep the freshness of milk. The milk chilling plant is equipped with state-of-the-art machineries and all food contact surfaces are design hygienically to avoid any kind of contamination during chilling and handling of milk at MCC. The chilling plant is maintained as per our quality standards and regular audit are performed to keep it clean and hygienic.
